Yes, XCHANGE Market Platform. They connect Software Vendors & Resellers on a digital marketplace that enables the DCP to deliver products to a client’s customers. Retail Solutions and the purchasing department has an integration with XCHANGE Market Platform.

After we’ve set up our items through the XCHANGE Market Platform and Retails Solutions, do we have to let a DCP Client Success Manager know that we’d like to start using this feature?

Yes. We will create a ticket and the turnaround time to activate the XCHANGE Market Platform for clients will generally take one week.

Do we have to update any new code snippets on our website?

Yes, there is a very small HTML snippet that you will need to include in the product offer container and if you’re using it, the product aggregate container. This snippet pulls item type and status data and then presents messaging based on the items being electronically delivered.
